Campus Coach's problem:

Nicolas Spiess, founder of Campus Coach, has a very strong presence on Instagram and YouTube.

He is followed by tens of thousands of subscribers for his content where he gives advice to beginner runners.

However, we identify two areas for improvement in its content strategy:

1/ Nicolas is not present on LinkedIn although his profile as an entrepreneur athlete is very interesting for this network.

2/ Nicolas's content is not embodied enough. He shares a lot of relevant advice but does not tell enough about his story, his journey.

Nicolas has a strong following on social networks and has been creating content for more than 5 years, so his audience is asking for more personal content.

The editorial strategy that we have put in place:

We help Nicolas create one post per week on LinkedIn with an emphasis on sharing his own experiences.

We talk a lot with Nicolas to find stories and ideas in his career that are worth telling. We then transform them into content that is pleasant to read and engaging.

The objective is not to transform Nicolas's networks into a private diary, but to bring him closer to his audience by sharing his point of view, his philosophy and his personal story.

The content created is obviously about running, but not only:

We discuss more personal topics and also talk about the behind the scenes of his life as an entrepreneur.

Results of the operation

A record engagement

The publications generate between 100 and 500 likes on LinkedIn, while Nicolas barely exceeds 2,000 subscribers on this platform.

Connecting to a new target

Thanks to this presence on LinkedIn, Nicolas makes himself visible to a CSP+ target that he did not necessarily reach before.

A multi-channel strategy

The content is republished on Instagram where each publication generates an average of 1200 likes, greatly exceeding the average of Nicolas's profile.
